Melissa Norfolk Director
Bachelor of Computer Science (La Trobe University)

After completing her Bachelor of Computer Science, Melissa worked for Mobil Oil, Alcoa, GE Capital and Melbourne University before branching out to start her own web design and consultancy business.

Melissa founded MNWD in 1998. She is passionate about educating business audiences to enable them to realise the business opportunities that the internet and other emerging technologies offer.

She specialises in building search engine friendly websites and marketing savvy email newsletters that connect businesses with more customers online.

A member of APESMA, NSAA and BNI, she speaks to organisations and business networks on the use of the internet and technology in business.

Matthew Baulch Business Manager
Bachelor of Multimedia (Swinburne University)

Matt joined Melissa Norfolk Web Design in September 2004. His role as Business Manager is to oversee all day-to-day operations and he works closely with both staff and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly.

His combination of both management and technical skills make him the perfect leader of our team. Matt knows our growing client base well and assists with all client communication including our bi-monthly client newsletter Net News and Views. His skills with HTML, CSS, Drupal and Photoshop helps with website design, graphic design and email newsletters. He also consults with clients who need assistance with website maintenance, search engine optimisation, Google Adwords campaign management and social networking.

Eadaoin Wright Web Designer
Advanced Diploma of Multimedia (NMIT) / Diploma of Visual Arts (NMIT)

Eadaoin joined Melissa Norfolk Web Design in February 2008.

Her skills with PHP, HTML, CSS and Drupal help with website design, database driven web applications and site maintenance.

Her mix of design and development skills are a great asset and she handles a lot of our custom and larger projects.

Sjet Feain Web Designer
Certificate IV in Multimedia (Kangan Batman) / Diploma in Graphic Design (NMIT)

Sjet joined Melissa Norfolk Web Design in November 2009.

Her background in graphic design and her skills with HTML, CSS, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop help with website design, email newsletter templates and site maintenance.

Her creative skills and ability to pick up new things quickly has really helped with the variety of projects we have and managing a large workload.
